(Note that the membership is "until October 31 of the calendar year indicated" and the number 1957 is typewritten on it - where a membership number is indicated, but appears to have been used for the date - so the year of issue was probably 1956.) It states on the card: Serving "Lackawanna Employees" Since 1889. [A wing of the Lackwanna Terminal was the Railroad Y.M.C.A.] This item was received with a D.L. & W. conductor's fare book, 1950-1956 (it is catalogued as 2008.012.0106.) which probably belonged to Fred Harrison.
