Notes: Autograph letter signed to Florence [Miller] from Allan W. Moore, August 13, 1915. Single leaf of Moore's law office letterhead (Allan W. Moore, Counselor at Law, One Exchange Place, Jersey City, N.J.), 8-1-2" x 11" high Aug. 13th, 1915. Dear Florence! Excuse the above advertisement, this is all the letter paper that I possess. Will be on train to-morrow morning getting in Atlantic City about 1:15 PM. Have a good lunch prepared and tell Mrs. Kenton Hall to make some tasty dessert. I was talking to your mother [Mrs. Frank P. Markey] this morning and after looking all over the house she came to the conclusion that you had your tennis raquet with you. She also told me to say that Mrs. Coyle is very well and often speaks of you. Hire as small a band as possible to greet me to-morrow. You know how I hate ostentation and display. John & his wife are coming next Tuesday I believe and John wants a cool room with no mosquitoes and southern exposure. I suggested putting his feet out the window. Be a good little girl and don't get your feet wet while in bathing. So long George till to-morrow. As [William Jennings?] Bryan said to [Woodrow?] Wilson 'God Bless Mrs. Coyle.' Yours, Allan Meet me at the station. Status: OK Status By: dw Status Date: 2009-05-15
