Issued 1939-1940 or 1952. Die-cut paper, 1-1/4" high x 3-3/8" wide, in the shape of a fiddle or violin, [12] pp.; titled inside "Songs We Love to Sing by Stephen Foster." Two copies. As noted in the text, Foster wrote "My Old Kentucky Home" while visiting Bardstown. Contains selected lyrics and choruses for five songs. The booklet was created in the fiddle shape as the product was sold in one - "Ask for the Fiddle Bottle." "'Fiddle Bottle'" has been created in honor of Stephen Foster."
