This item, an apparently generic guide, has no publisher indicated or markings associating with Keuffel & Esser. The slide rule depicted does not correspond to K&E models other than being a Mannheim type. The inclusion of this publication in the box with the slide rule was probably done by either the owner as a free guide found in the store where they purchased it or by the retailer; note the last line on page [8]: "There's A Slide Rule to Fit Your Every Need."
