While the court ordered sale was by the Hoboken court, the sale was to be held at 701 Paterson Avenue in the town of West Hoboken. The items to be sold at auction were furnishings and personal goods including: 1 morris chair, 1 ex table, 1 couch, 1 pool table, 15 balls (composition), 12 cues, one iron spring, 2 iron beds, 2 rockers, one 3-piece parlor suit (sic - suite), 2 high chairs, 1 range, 6 cane chairs, 1 case and contents, 2 pictures, 1 ice box, 2 parlor tables, parlor stove, 3 trunks and contents, 1 bundle of pictures.
Judge was Frederick J. Stuhr (his last name replacing the printed last name of Frambach.) Sargeant-at-Arms John Solferino.
Back has Solferino's list of five places that the notice was posted including three locations in Hoboken: Newark & Washington; Hudson and First; Third and Washington. The two others were in West Hoboken.
