With the text on page 12 for "The L Scale" and the Morristown imprint, it would have been issued for the Merchants' 5" slide rules, 68 1786 and 68 1791. No model numbers are stated in the manual. Since it has the 1950 copyright date plus the slide rule depicted has the appearance of a 4095-1 (no L scale plus not showing the usual metal braces), this publication may have been originally produced for the 4150-1 or possibly the Doric line 9050-1 and updated in titling and location for the 68 xxxx models. Page [1] titling has the "TM" for trademark. K&E main office and factories were in Hoboken until 1968.
