Plastic comb binding with paper covers; 8" x 10" prints with integral text below image. Photographs taken by Griggs Photo Service, Somerset, N.J. with their ink stamp inside back cover. Reverse of all prints are blank. Staining in the top right corner of all prints. The images document deteriorated conditions on the piers especially cleats for securing the tugboats, railfloats and barges. Images are 7-1/2" square. All are exteriors and have captions detailing what is in the image. This facility was on River Road circa from circa Ninth to Tenth Streets where they would meet the Hudson River. Photos have been numbered here as 1 to 15, although as found in the album they have an alpha-numeric image number which are not consecutive. Photo 1: B-2.
