As described by the donor for photo 2008.059.0001:
Jac-O-Dine, formerly at 401 Bloomfield St., was an ice cream parlor that provided "home cooked" meals, ice cream sodas and a meeting place for local teenagers to dance to the juke box music of the sixties [1960s].
Sam and Rose Jaccodine, owners of the luncheonette, kept a "watchful eye" on "their extended teenage family."
