Apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 6 bays except 5 bays first floor; brick façade with patterned brick panels and geometric stone ornaments; single and double 3/1 and 4/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; parapet formed by semi-elliptical stone arch moldings above the bays and pinnacles extending from 4 pilasters; keystone window heads and lintels on first floor; keystone lintels on fourth floor end bays; brick lintels elsewhere and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window and bracketed portico and stone surround.
