Centered on the front is an interlaced monogram, HLS, surrounded by Henry L. Schmidt Hoboken, N.J. At bottom: Registered Back: This Bottle Not To Be Sold. Maker's marks on bottom: 3(?) [space] 8. (Both are very faint.) Schmidt is known to have been located at 510 & 512 Fourth St., Hoboken. A business directory for 1907 listed his business as " beer pumps " at 510 4th St.
