The view is on the elevated or 'L' trestle is east - northeast from Jersey City Heights; Hoboken is in the background. The trolleys or streetcars that used this line on the south end of Hoboken ran to and from a terminal at Hudson Place next to the Lackawanna Terminal. They also had connections to street level routes in Hoboken.
