Text of caption: A detailed scale model of the City of Hoboken constructed by the students and presented to the city to assist in future planning.
The location is not indicated, but probably on the campus of the Stevens Institute of Technology (the "students" who made it) and if so, possibly in the Stevens Center (new adminstration building.) Mostly the southeast part of Hoboken is seen with the Marineview Plaza (Grogan Towers) proposed development featured. None of the men are identified, but the fourth man from the right with white hair and back to the camera is probably Louis DePascale, then Mayor of Hoboken.
