Apartment building; irregular plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 8 bays including 2 projecting pavilions; brick façade with diamond ornaments; single 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; tripartite windows with colored glass transoms on pavilions; flat roof; crenelated parapet with gablets, pinnacles and inset balusters; labeled stone window heads on first floor and fifth floor recessed bays; brick lintels and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with stone surround; stone string course below the second and fifth floors.
