A typical document that would have been familar to Hoboken residents. This driver's manual came from 218 Bloomfield St., Hoboken, the former site of Fred Kostelecky, Auto Body and Fender Repairs (also known at one time as Kostelecky Bros.) Whether this manual was a personal copy or shop reference copy is unknown.
While no issue date is found, it does depict 1943 license samples as what drivers should have in their possession. Also page 4 has the statement: "War-time speed is 35 M.P.H." The automobile or truck models depicted in drawings varies from 1930s to 1940s styles.
In list of agents on last 3 pages, the only one for Hoboken was Joseph A. Carluccio, 1310 Washington St.
