5" x 7" wide print. Photograph taken by Steve Rubin (initials "S. R." on back.) Captioned on back: Ribbon cutting. Other markings on back "6", "83", "L.L.25.5" probably indicating its mark-up for use in a publication; crop marks on front. Only three men are identified at present; see below.
Second from left: State Senator Frank Guarini; third man from the left is Joe Barry, head of the Applied Company. Man at the right is identified from the badge he is wearing. The badge reads "Thomas C. Miele, Faithful Navigator, Assembly [not legible], Hoboken, N.J." Faithful Navigator is a Knights of Columbus officer. IOther men have not been identified.
Building is on the west side of the street so view is east from lobby interior.
Photograph is one of several in this accession that were discarded file photos considered or used for publication in The Hoboken Reporter newspaper from circa 1983-1988.
