Two copies. No list of "Available Bulletins"; in other publications in this year and series this publication is listed as no. 8 but that number is not found on the booklet. A 'D' at bottom left corner of cover; others publications in this year have a letter in the same place. The brand name 'Cocomalt' is seen on the cover and back cover in the logotype used for the product. It is the only one of the 1929 publications in this series where it appears in this way. It reverts to plain type on the 1930 revised edition of this publication; see archives 2010.007.0004. Obviously intended for school curriculum use (('teachers, students, demonstrators or dieticians') and punched for inclusion in a binder, whether a ring or post is unknown. Curiously, quite a number of recipes do not use the company's products. Even those that do use baking powder or dry yeast baking powder do not specify the brand name. A rather "soft sell."
