Even a month at the beach, as every mother knows, does wonders for a youngster. Science has only recently discovered one reason why sunlight is so beneficial. It is because the direct rays of the sun have been found to be a source of the famous Vitamin D. ... In some form or other, children must have this important vitamin -for without it, the milk minerals (lime and phosphorus) in their diet which go to make strong bones and sound teeth are not utilized by the body.
