Clear glass bottle, 2-9/16" diameter x 3-3/4" high; cork; printed paper label 1-5/8" high x 4-3/8" wide. No maker's mark on base. Text on label as above with small area at right side of label with directions for use. Label wraps around over 3/4 of the diameter.
