The price list is notable in that it includes items not listed in the catalog (such as surveying equipment) and notes that some items are discontinued "for the duration." Because of government restrictions on paper and other materials during World War II, the catalog was shortened from previous ones; similar restrictions on materials made it difficult to have the metal, wood, etc., to produce their full product line for non-government or non-war service customers.
