Booklet, 3-1/4" wide x 6" high, 12 pp. Publication promoting the Davis company's main product, Davis Baking Powder, which is shown in a photo on the back cover. The recipes either for reducing or increasing weight include the product in the ingredients. It also has some dietary or eating suggestions for other foods. The booklet does not mention Dry Yeast Baking Powder and the women drawn on the front cover appear in typical post-World War I fashions, so the date is estimated at the early 1920s.
