Code number at foot of page 126: 55271 K&E had their main office and factories in Hoboken up to the end of 1968 when Morristown became the headquarters. The title page imprint carries only the Morristown name and drops all the branch offices that had appeared on the title page. While latest copyright date is 1955, this version of the text plus the stamped bindng was not issued before 1962. 8vo cloth
