My-T-Fine ad: - Finest" Dessert You Ever Tasted ... Fiesta Peach Shortcake.. Easy-Made With My-T-Fine Pudding. Full-page color magazine advertisement by My-T-Fine (Penick & Ford, Inc.), probably N.Y. as published in Women's Day, no date, circa 1950s, pg [113]. Clipped leaf, 8" wide x 11" high.
Whether the products were made in Hoboken is not established. The parent company, Penick & Ford, did purchase the R.B. Davis Company of Hoboken in the 1950s and replaced the Davis Baking Powder roof signage with My-T-Fine Pudding (it was below the Cocomalt logo sign.) The ad is useful for the depiction of typical 1950s packaging for two products: My-T-Fine Instant Pudding and Pie Filling and My-T-Fine Dessert and Pie Filling (both shown are vanilla flavor.)
