Engraved paper printed in green and black with red press numbered certificate number, 7-1/16" high x 11" wide. Stub end has been trimmed and remains of its placement in book are seen. Although it was a New York company, it had a significant presence in Hoboken through the construction of the Hudson & Manhattan Railroad. See notes. Shares were $100 each.
