Photographer not indicated. View is east towards New York City of the Hudson River waterfront at about Eleventh Street and the Hudson River. The beach area curves around the cove to land that is now Maxwell Place Park. Two boys with a kayak are at the waterfront. Note condition of the beach area: flotsam and other debris has been cleared. The property was then part of the eleven acre site that was the former Maxwell House Coffee plant. Out-of-view to the right is the Union Dry Dock Company.
