Apartment building; rectangular plan with deep recess above entry bay; 4 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays front façade and 8 bays side façade; brick façade in horizontal bands on basement level; single, double and oriel bay 6/1 sash windows; bracketed oriels with pediments and shield ornaments; flat roof; plain parapet; paneled frieze with foliated and lion's head ornaments; stone lintels and sills; central wood and glass double-door entrance under brick portico with arched brick lintel; fire escapes; stone sill course on first floor.
