While relevant to certain Hoboken firms of the period (i.e. Sweets Company of America - Tootsie Rolls; Fischer's Candies) they were not among the listed companies surveyed in this study. This work was obtained for background reference for 2011 museum exhibition, A Sweet History of Hoboken.
