The view is the exterior of a building with several cots setup with victims on them. They are being treated by a number of nurses in uniform as well as some other first aid workers. A few men look on from the left.
The location is not stated, but the building is probably the north facade of the main post office at 89 River Street behind the Steneck Building, 95 River St., in the right background.

Hoboken, N.J. - Red Cross Nurses's Aides assist in treating firemen injured in fighting the fire that swept Hudson River piers here. The Hoboken Red Cross Chapter set up this casualty / first aid station immediately after the fire stared Aug. 11th.

It includes narration and runs about one minute with several views of Hoboken firemen at work including one of their Ahrens-Fox fire trucks (a pumper); footage of injured longshoremen with rescue workers and first aid and noted three deaths.
