Sample cap printed with political candidate's name and slogan, no place (Hoboken), no date, ca. 1950. Printed one side only with the head size (7 1/8) plus an inventory tag clipped to the corner. Flat: 10-1/4" long x 4-1/2" high.
It is not known if James A. Phillips (with his slogan "Keep in Step with 'Jim'") was an actual candidate.
