The second location of Biggie's in Hoboken opened April 10, 2012. The original established 1946 at 318 Madison St., Hoboken, where it is still in operation. Window sign states: Restaurant, Raw Bar, Tavern. (This is the fourth Biggie's, two are outside Hoboken.) The last tenant was a modernized version of the Clam Broth House which closed in early 2012 (it had lasted only a year.) The earlier Clam Broth House was established here in 1899 and lasted until the building was condemned due to structural problems and demolished. Replaced by the current building.
