Printed sleeve ice cream wrapper: Tootsie Roll Fudge Bar. Big Twin. Printed embossed glassine envelope, 2-11/16" x 8" long with 1-1/8" gusset.
Big Twin presumably refers to a popsicle-style product with two sticks.
The product (a modern food laboratory product as seen by the ingredients list) that this wrapper was made for was NOT made in Hoboken or by the Sweets Company of America, makers of Tootsie Roll brand items, which was its name when it was in Hoboken. Renamed Tootsie Roll Industries, Inc. when it left Hoboken for Chicago. This popsicle was a licensed product under that company (see text below of side panel.) The Sweets Company when it was in Hoboken DID sell Tootsie Roll brand Ice Cream products from the 1950s onward, but the products themselves were not made here. The wrapper here is held as an example of the extension of that product line and not as a Hoboken manufactured product.
On side panel:
Ingredients: A quiescently frozen dairy confection containing water, cane & corn sugar, non-fat milk solids, cocoa, malt, vegetable stabilizers, emulsifier, salt, corn syrup, vegetable oil, condensed skim milk, whey powder, vegetable lecithin, vanillin (an artificial flavoring), natural & artificial flavors.
Tootsie Roll is a Registered Trade Mark and is licensed by Tootsie Roll Industries, Inc., Chicago, Illinois 60629.
