The multi-panel strip promoted Tootsie Rolls which were made in Hoboken and the wrapped product plus Tootsie Pops are depicted in the ad. Artwork credited to Bill Schreiber. The title is the same as archives 2011.005.0214, a version by C.C. Beck that preceded this one. The two stories are different.
