DescriptionGlass bottle, lettered: Henry L. Schmidt, 510 & 512 Fourth St., Hoboken, N.J. No date, ca. 1900. Clear, mold-blown glass, original height estimated at 7-1/4" high x 2-3/8" diameter. All lettering and ornament is raised. Neck broken and missing; very thick glass, probably a blob top. The lower 1-1/4" is faceted. Centered on the the back is a fancy interlaced monogram, HLS. Below it and just above the faceting are the block letters "Registered". Just below the faceting is "B. & M.S.Co." The bottom of the bottle has the numbers "233", too faint to image. Nature of the business or contents intended for the bottle is not known at this time.
