DescriptionGlass milk bottle, lettered: F.D. Jackson, 211 Washington St., Hoboken, N.J. No date, ca. 1890-1910. Clear, mold-blown glass, 9-1/8" high x 3-78" diameter. All lettering is raised. Oval panel is debossed. Lip for a depressed cap (milk lid). The bottom of the bottle has the circularly placed lettering: "T. MFG. Co.", "Pat. Sept. 17th 1889". Letter centered, "F" with the numerals, "57", below. Container size is not indicated, but it appears to be a one-quart bottle. Whether this street address is an 'old' or 'new' is not known.
