Photo taken by C. [Conrad] Magnus, 204 Washington St. (old number), Hoboken, N.J. (imprinted in front lower border and different imprint on reverse.) Reverse has photographer's imprint. The child has not been identified. See photos 2012.033.0002, .0003 and .0005 which are other photos of two brothers. Which one of the two this baby was is not known. (A digital reference image is attached to .0002 and .0003 of the two boys in one photo.) Magnus address of 204 Washington was changed in 1892 to 520 Washington St. Donor Phylis Furth Fuchs stated that it may from the family of a Hoboken fireman of German-Jewish heritage.
