Street level streetcar or trolley tracks on Willow Ave. are Public Service Coordinated Transport. In the foreground are streetcar rails and former turnout switch (frog.)
The railroad crossing signs are for tracks of the New York Central Railroad, Erie Railroad and the primary right-of-way holder, New Jersey Junction Railroad.
A white line starting at a stanchion on the southeast corner of 17th and Willow runs across Willow to a point north of 17th St. and ending at Lehigh Coal. Purpose of the line is not indicated.
