The Elysian Camera Club will hold a smoker at its club rooms on Thursday, February 11. [handwritten] 1915. The stereopticon has been specially rigged up to show motion pictures without the use of film. The pictures are all in colors. Special music for the occasion. [handwritten] 1915

As a 'smoker' tobacco pipes are present for several men. The "special music" mentioned in the clipping included live music as a mandolin and guitar are held by men in the front row and recorded as heard from a cylinder disk record player seen at the right.
