Mixed-use row house apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 5 bays except basement storefronts; brick façade with quoining on ends; single 1/1 sash windows except entry bay and storefronts; flat roof; bracketed and denticuled cornice; paneled frieze; molded cornice and frieze above storefronts; storefronts have single-door entrances; arched keystone lintels and stone sills; central stoop, wood and glass double-door entrance with transom window and iron railings; fire escape; sill course on first floor.
