Single folio, bottom opening, white card stock printed in black, 17" high x 11" wide folded to 8-1/2" high; attachments.
Front cover depicts the famous Clam Broth House hanging sign with the hand pointing down to the entrance. Also depicted are the Newark Street entrances. A keystone shaped printed price list is pasted to the front cover promoting King Size Cocktails. Mixed drinks were $1.50, large goblet of wine, 95 cents, sodas 50 cents.
Inside is the main menu with a printed "specials" leaf (3-5/8" high x 11" wide) stapled at the top edge: Seafood Platter at $14.95 for two; Surf & Turf at $15.95 for two, Super Special Platter at $24.95 for two.
Credit cards were accepted only in the Marlin Room.
