View is west from Harrison Street with the Heights seen beyond the buildings of Andrew Jackson Gardens, a public housing project. No. 314 is left with a partial view of the side of 320 at the right. (The development covers several square blocks and this view shows a very small section.) A detail of sign on the building corner of 314 appears is lettered: A.J.G. Buildings 308 - 10 - 12 - 14 Harrison St. (2013: per Google streetview this sign is still present on the building.) The east-west street seen does not have name, but is midway between Third and Fourth Streets (only Fourth extends to Harrison St.) O'Brien notes on the back: The New Projects against the hill Jersey City Heights. ----
