Single folio, 3-1/2" wide x 6-1/4" high, [4] pp. The company name appears as A.P.M. Co., Hoboken, N.J. on page [4]. It was the manufacturer and now distributor of the product. R.B. Davis Co. (as R.B.D. or R.B.Davis Sales Co.) had previously been the distributor of the waxed paper since the late 1920s when it was first made. It ended that role in the late 1930s. A.P.M. continued to make and distribute it until the mid 1940s when the company became part of Scott Paper Co. See archives 2010.007.0288 for another copy where it has no issuer identification.
