The argument of the Counsel of the respective parties having Been heard at the present term of this court, and the Court Having duly advised and deliberated therein It is ordered that the Proceedings in this cause and the same are hereby in all things Removed set aside and for nothing holden. On the motion of Philip H. Mulford Atty [Attorney] of Pltffs [Plaintiffs] in Cert [Certiorari] I, Charles P. Smith Clerk of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey do hereby certify the above to be a true copy of the rule entered in the minutes of Said Supreme Court in the cause above stated.
