At the right is the American Hotel Barber Shop, 36 Hudson Place. While attributed by original source, but not so documented, as 1946, a related photograph can be dated as at least 1949 or 1950. One of the cars parked on River Street is a 1949 or 1950 Ford sedan which helps, along with the "Television" sign, to establish a date range for this image.
