Jersey City, N.J., April 20th.....................1899 Hon. Board of Police Commissioners, Hoboken. Gentlemen. The Hudson County Soldiers and Sailors Monument will be dedicated and unveiled in front of the City Hall Jersey City, Memorial day May 30th, 1899. The Committee intend to make that occasiona [sic occasion] notable one in the History of Hudson County if possible.
