Gold felt emblem with Corporate Seal, 4-7/8" diameter. Stapled top and bottom to sash near shoulder fold: golden yellow sized cambric fabric ca. 6-1/2" wide x ca. 60" long, doubled to make a 30" long sash. Roughly made by tearing fabric into strips and scissor cut to length. Hemmed to ca. 5-1/2" wide on one edge by using office staples.
