Leaf, 9-1/2" high x 12" high, printed one side. Photographic head shots of Collins from the front and right profile. A reward of fifty dollars was offered for the arrest and delivery of him. Noted as a native of Hoboken whose address at his "prior enlistment" in 1906 was "corner of Washington and Fourteenth Streets, Hoboken, N.J." A detailed description is given of him including scars, moles and a number of tattoos.
