DescriptionBlank printed prescription form from Washington Pharmacy, 736 Washington Street, Hoboken, no date, ca. 1950-1960. 4-1/8" high x 4-15/16" wide. Printed one side. Two copies. Pharmacist was Samuel Kidorf who apparently operated a pharmacy under the name Kidorf's Pharmacy at the same address. Phone directories from 1951 and 1965 showed both store names but each one had a different primary phone number. A circa 1930's label shows The Washington Pharmacy was previously located at 740 Washington Street with "Henig & Kidorf" under the store name. See related.
