Subject: unidentified except as Arthur; young man wearing New Jersey National Guard uniform. A duplicate, but trimmed copy of this same photo is 2014.023.0001.05 Wienhagen is known to have been a Second Lieutenant in the Guard during this period (commanding the 2nd Artillery Regiment, Hoboken).
