Apartment was on the west side of Willow Avenue south of Ninth Street. Apartment resident name held in accession record.
As part of recovery from the storm and flooding, photographs for insurance claims or disaster relief applications were necessary. A below street grade apartment (basement or and commonly referred to locally as a garden apartment) were among the many residential spaces that were flooded. The photos here are typical.
