White synthetic cloth top with multi-color print decal laminated to it; cloth mounted on 7-7/16" diameter x 3/16" thick black foam rubber pad with a black cloth mounted on the bottom.
City Seal has been reinterpreted and colored by the artist. Product created for Sesquicentennial Celebration.
