DescriptionBlack-and-white photographs, six, of Instant-Crete concrete mixing plant at Jersey City-Hoboken border, near Paterson Street, Hoboken, Jersey City, May 1974. 3-1/2" square prints plus 620 format negatives (including 3 negatives for 2014.044.0010). Photographer not stated, but attributed to Ted Conrad. Reverse is blank. Date is as stated on processor's envelope by Conrad. All photos are of facilities or building west of the railroad tracks on the west side of Hoboken and would actually be in Jersey City. Photos 1 to 4 are of the concrete plant or its buildings nearby. (This industrial plant was called Instant-Crete on packaging with photos 2014.044.312 which is a group of 16 photos taken later than 1974 and probably not later than 1980.) Photos 5 and 6 appear to be old buildings associated with the railroad station and freight area west of the tracks and south of Paterson Street. ---- Insta-crete / instant crete /
